Registration Volume of new Generic Top Level Domains November 7, 2014, there are 430 delegated new gTLDs.

.XYZ is again on top of the charts with an average of 4,212 daily domain registrations and is quickly approaching the 700,000 registrations mark. .REALTOR is in its second week of general availability and increases its daily registration by over 500 names compared to the prior two weeks at 3,578. .OVH falls to 1,801 daily registrations which is down from 2,663 registrations in the prior two-week period. At the fifth spot, .BERLIN remains very consistent with 668 daily registrations along with .CLUB at 594 registrations. .LONDON has a slight decreased down from 566 t o 522. .WANG also has a slight decrease to 499 registrations per day. .OOO has the biggest decrease over the last period, which was their first week in general availability, with an average of 467 registrations per day. The prior two-week period had an average of 6,348 for .OOO. The IDN, .公司 (.xn--55qx5d meaning ‘business organization’) with 406 registrations which is a decline of 42 per day. The final spot in the top ten is .BAYERN with an average daily registration decrease of 69 to 398 daily registrations.

Overall, the last period has shown a significant decrease in the top quartile mainly to due with the last two-week period where .OOO went into General Availability creating a temporary spike. The spike has returned to normal levels with an average of 307 registrations for the top quartile. The spike was at 402 and was due to approximately 31,300 domain registrations that occurred on October 24th and reversed on October 25th. Many thanks to TLD Watch for the information. The second to fourth quartiles growth was minimal with a daily increase of one in the second quartile and remaining the same in the third and fourth quartile. The daily registration average of all gTLDs is down from the 116 for the last period to 92. If the spike from .OOO is taken into account, the change to the daily average is one from 93 to 92.
